1. مبدأ الشفافية والإفصاح

يجب على جميع المشاركين في النشر (المؤلفون، المحكّمون، والمحررون) الإفصاح الكامل عن أي علاقات مالية أو شخصية أو مؤسسية قد تؤثر على موضوعية البحث أو قرارات التحكيم والنشر.

2. إقرارات المؤلفين

• يلتزم المؤلف المراسل بتعبئة وتوقيع استمارة الإفصاح عن تضارب المصالح المعتمدة باسم كافة المؤلفين عند التقديم.
• يجب ذكر مصادر التمويل والمنح البحثية الداعمة للبحث صراحةً، مع توضيح ما إذا كان للجهة الممولة أي دور في تصميم الدراسة أو تفسير النتائج. في حال عدم وجود تضارب، يُكتب: «يقر المؤلفون بعدم وجود أي تضارب في المصالح».

3. تضارب المصالح لدى المحكّمين وهيئة التحرير

• يُلزم المحكّم بالاعتذار الفوري عن تقييم أي بحث إذا كانت تربطه صلة قرابة أو تعاون بحثي وثيق بباحثيه، أو إذا كان ينتمي إلى نفس المؤسسة البحثية.
• إذا تقدّم أحد أعضاء هيئة التحرير ببحث للنشر، تُدار المخطوطة كاملةً من محرر مستقل دون تمكين العضو من الاطلاع على سير التحكيم أو هوية المحكّمين داخل المنصة.

1. Principle of Transparency

All participants in the publication process (authors, peer reviewers, and editors) must disclose any financial, commercial, institutional, or personal relationships that could introduce perceived or actual bias.

2. Author Disclosures

• The corresponding author must submit a signed Conflict of Interest Disclosure Form on behalf of all authors.
• All financial sponsors and grant codes must be acknowledged, clarifying the funder's role in study design or conclusions. If no conflict exists, the explicit statement must read: "The authors declare that they have no competing interests."

3. Reviewer and Editor Conflicts

• Reviewers must decline review invitations if they share an institutional affiliation, recent co-authorship, or competitive relationship with any author.
• Submissions authored by editorial board members are handled independently by a designated uninvolved editor, with full masking of review workflows inside OJS.
