As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
The submission file in Microsoft Word file format.
Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
Author Guidelines
First: The Journal of Energy Management and Economics is a peer-reviewed scientific journal dedicated to publishing original research and studies in the fields of management
and economics related to the energy sector. The journal aims to provide a scientific platform for researchers and academics to publish their high-quality research and contribute to the development of scientific knowledge in this vital field.
Second: Publication Conditions
The research must be original and not previously published in any other scientific journal or conference, or be under review by any other entity.
The research must cover one of the following areas of the journal:
Energy Economics
Energy Management
Energy Policies and Strategies
Renewable Energy and Sustainability
Energy Finance and Investment
Innovation and Technology in the Energy Sector
Submissions are accepted in Arabic or English, with an abstract provided in both languages.
The research must follow a clear scientific methodology and be based on reliable and up-to-date references.
Adhere to the rules and ethics of scientific research, and avoid plagiarism.
The research must be accompanied by a separate declaration signed by the researcher confirming that the research submitted for publication in the journal belongs to the researcher and has not been previously published or presented at a previous conference. Third: Formatting and Technical Standards
The research must be written in Word format using Times New Roman font size 10 for the text and 11 for the main headings, with double spacing.
The research must not exceed 8,000 words, including references, tables, and appendices.
Tables and figures must be numbered sequentially and clearly labeled.
The IEEE documentation system must be used for references.
A brief biography of the authors must be attached to the research, including their academic data and contact details.
The journal has its own template, and the researcher must adhere to it when preparing the research. Fourth: Refereeing and Reviewing Procedures
All submitted research is subject to a preliminary examination to ensure it meets the publication requirements.
Preliminary accepted research is sent to specialized reviewers according to the double anonymous review system. BLIND PEER REVIEW The journal reserves the right to reject research that does not meet scientific standards without providing reasons. Researchers will be notified of the review results and given a specific period to make the required amendments before final publication.
