1. احتفاظ المؤلف بالحقوق
وفق القرار التأسيسي D-04 وتوصيات دليل DOAJ:
- يحتفظ المؤلفون بحقوق الملكية الفكرية وحقوق التأليف كاملةً وبلا قيود على أبحاثهم المنشورة في المجلة.
- يُمنع اشتراط التنازل الحصري عن حقوق النشر لصالح المجلة أو الجامعة.
- يمنح المؤلفون المجلة ترخيصاً أولياً غير حصري لنشر العمل وإتاحته رقمياً وفهرسته.
2. رخصة المشاع الإبداعي (CC BY 4.0)
تُنشر جميع الأبحاث الصادرة عن مجلة JEME تحت رخصة المشاع الإبداعي الدولية:
Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0).
تتيح هذه الرخصة لأي شخص:
- المشاركة: نسخ وتوزيع وإعادة إنتاج المادة عبر أي وسيط أو شكل.
- التعديل والاشتقاق: إعادة مزج، تحويل، وتطوير المادة لأي غرض، حتى التجاري.
- الشرط الأساسي: النسبة الواجبة للمؤلف الأصلي، ورابط الرخصة، وتوضيح أي تغييرات حدثت، ورابط النشر الأصلي في مجلة JEME عبر معرّف DOI.

1. Author Retains Copyright
Pursuant to Foundation Decision D-04 and DOAJ best practices:
- Authors retain unrestricted copyright over their published works.
- The journal does not demand any transfer or assignment of copyright.
- Authors grant JEME an irrevocable, non-exclusive license for initial publication, digital dissemination, and indexing.
2. Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY 4.0)
All articles published by JEME are distributed under the terms of the:
Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0).
Under this license, users are free to:
- Share: Copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format.
- Adapt: Remix, transform, and build upon the material for any purpose, even commercially.
- Attribution Requirement: Appropriate credit must be given to the original author(s) and JEME, providing a direct link to the license and indicating if changes were made, including the official DOI.
