1. معايير الأحقية بالتأليف (ICMJE Criteria)

يُشترط في كل باحث يُدرج اسمه كمؤلف أن يستوفي المعايير الأربعة المعتمدة من ICMJE:

  1. إسهام فكري جوهري في بلورة فكرة البحث، تصميمه، جمع البيانات، أو تحليلها وتفسيرها.
  2. صياغة مسودة المخطوطة أو مراجعتها نقدياً لمحتوى فكري مهم.
  3. الموافقة الصريحة والنهائية على الصيغة المقدّمة للنشر.
  4. التعهد بالمسؤولية الكاملة عن كافة جوانب العمل والتحقق من دقته ونزاهته.

2. تصنيف المساهمة الموحد (CRediT)

تُلزم المجلة الباحثين بتحديد دور كل مؤلف في استمارة التقديم وفق تصنيف CRediT المكون من 14 دوراً (Conceptualization, Methodology, Software, Validation, Formal Analysis, Investigation, Resources, Data Curation, Writing - Original Draft, Writing - Review & Editing, Visualization, Supervision, Project Administration, Funding Acquisition).

3. تعديل قائمة المؤلفين بعد التقديم

يُحظر تعديل أسماء أو ترتيب المؤلفين بعد التقديم إلا بموافقة خطية رسمية مسبقة وموقعة من كافة المؤلفين (بمن فيهم من يُراد حذفه أو إضافته)، مع تقديم مبرر علمي مقنع لرئيس التحرير وفق إرشادات COPE.

1. Authorship Criteria (ICMJE Standards)

Every individual listed as an author must meet all four ICMJE criteria:

  1. Substantial contributions to the conception, design, acquisition, or analysis of data.
  2. Drafting the article or revising it critically for important intellectual content.
  3. Final approval of the version to be published.
  4. Agreement to be accountable for all aspects of the work.

2. CRediT Taxonomy

JEME mandates that author contributions are mapped using the standard 14 CRediT roles (Conceptualization, Methodology, Software, Validation, Formal Analysis, Investigation, Resources, Data Curation, Writing - Original Draft, Writing - Review & Editing, Visualization, Supervision, Project Administration, Funding Acquisition).

3. Changes to Authorship Post-Submission

Any request to add, remove, or reorder author names after initial submission must be formally justified to the Editor-in-Chief and accompanied by written consent from all authors, complying strictly with COPE guidelines.
