1. صيانة السجل العلمي
تلتزم مجلة JEME بالحفاظ على نزاهة السجل العلمي المنشور عبر التطبيق الصارم لإرشادات السحب الصادرة عن لجنة أخلاقيات النشر (COPE Retraction Guidelines).
2. آليات المعالجة التحريرية
- التصويب والتصحيح (Erratum / Corrigendum): يُنشر إشعار تصحيح مستقل ومرتبط برابط DOI دائم في حال وجود أخطاء حسابية أو مطبعية بسيطة لا تمس النتائج الجوهرية للبحث.
- إعلان القلق التحريري (Expression of Concern): يصدره رئيس التحرير إذا كانت هناك أدلة غير حاسمة على سوء سلوك بحثي أو نزاع خطير حول ملكية البيانات بانتظار استكمال التحقيقات الرسمية.
- السحب الرسمي (Retraction): يُتخذ القرار بسحب البحث كلياً في حالات:
- ثبوت تلفيق البيانات أو التزوير العلمي.
- الانتحال الجسيم والنشر المزدوج.
- استنتاجات خاطئة وغير قابلة لإعادة الإنتاج ناتجة عن خطأ جسيم.
3. ضابط بقاء النسخة الأصلية
تطبيقاً لمعايير الأرشفة الدولية: لا يتم حذف البحث المسحوب من الموقع إطلاقاً، بل يبقى متاحاً في الأرشيف وموسوماً بوضوح بعلامة مائية رقمية بارزة تُفيد بأنه «مسحوب (RETRACTED)»، مع ربطه الدائم ببيان السحب المسبب.

1. Preserving the Integrity of the Scholarly Record
JEME strictly enforces the COPE Retraction Guidelines to correct unintended scientific errors and remediate published misconduct.
2. Editorial Mechanisms
- Errata / Corrigenda: Published for honest human errors, minor typographical oversights, or author misspellings that do not compromise the study's conclusions.
- Expressions of Concern: Issued by the Editor-in-Chief when substantiated allegations of misconduct or serious data ownership disputes are under ongoing investigation.
- Retractions: Executed when evidence demonstrates fabricated data, profound plagiarism, redundant publication, or irreproducible major findings.
3. Retention of Original File
In accordance with international archival standards, retracted articles are never removed from the website. The original PDF remains in the archive watermarked prominently on each page as "RETRACTED", bidirectionally linked to the formal retraction notice.
