1. حماية التقييم والاعتماد الدولي
التزاماً بمعايير مجلس اختيار المحتوى لقاعدة بيانات سكوبس (Scopus CSAB)، وتطبيقاً للقرار التأسيسي D-06:
- سقف النشر الداخلي: يُحدد سقف أقصى صارم لا يتجاوز 30% من أبحاث العدد الواحد لأبحاث باحثي ومنتسبي جامعة البصرة للنفط والغاز.
- نسبة الأبحاث الخارجية: يجب ألا تقل نسبة الأبحاث المقبولة من خارج الجامعة عن 70% في كل عدد.
2. آلية التطبيق التشغيلي
- يقوم مدير التحرير بمراقبة الانتماء المؤسسي للمخطوطات المقبولة قبل إغلاق كل عدد.
- في حال تجاوز نسبة الأبحاث المقبولة لمنتسبي الجامعة حد الـ 30% في دورة إصدار معينة، يتم ترحيل الأبحاث الزائدة تلقائياً بموافقة الباحثين إلى جدول العدد اللاحق للحفاظ على التنوع الجغرافي والمؤسسي المنضبط.

1. Securing International Indexing Integrity
In rigorous compliance with Scopus CSAB Criteria and Foundation Decision D-06:
- Institutional Publishing Ceiling: Research authored or co-authored by faculty or researchers affiliated with Basrah University for Oil and Gas is strictly capped at 30% per issue.
- External Research Representation: At least 70% of articles published in each issue must originate from authors external to the host university.
2. Operational Implementation
- Institutional affiliations are systematically tracked during issue collation.
- Any accepted institutional paper exceeding the 30% ceiling is rolled over with author concurrence to the subsequent issue to maintain geographic diversity.
