1. الالتزام بالمعايير الأخلاقية
تلتزم مجلة إدارة واقتصاديات الطاقة (JEME) بالممارسات الجوهرية للجنة أخلاقيات النشر (COPE Core Practices). يُشترط في جميع الأطراف المعنية بعملية النشر (المؤلفون، هيئة التحرير، والمحكّمون) الامتثال الصارم لأعلى معايير النزاهة العلمية والشفافية الأكاديمية.
2. صور سوء السلوك العلمي المحظورة
تتعامل المجلة بحزم وبلا تهاون مع الانتهاكات الآتية:
- تلفيق وتزييف البيانات (Data Fabrication & Falsification): حظر اختراع نتائج وهمية أو التلاعب بالبيانات الحقلية والإحصائية لإظهار مخرجات غير حقيقية.
- الانتحال والسرقة العلمية (Plagiarism): استخدام أفكار أو نصوص أو بيانات الآخرين دون عزو صريح وموثق، أو إعادة صياغة مضللة لمصادر سابقة.
- النشر المزدوج والتقديم المتزامن (Redundant / Dual Submission): حظر تقديم مخطوطة معروضة للتحكيم لدى جهة أخرى أو سبق نشرها كلياً أو جزئياً.
- التأليف غير المشروع (Inappropriate Authorship): حظر «التأليف الوهمي/الفخري» أو إغفال من أسهم فعلياً في البحث.
3. إجراءات التحقيق في المخالفات
عند الاشتباه أو تلقي بلاغ بسوء سلوك علمي:
- يتبع رئيس التحرير مخططات التدفق المعتمدة من COPE للتحقيق الدقيق مع الحفاظ على السرية التامة.
- يُمنح الباحث أو المشكو في حقه حق الرد الكتابي المسبب خلال 14 يوماً.
- في حال ثبوت الانتهاك، تتخذ المجلة الإجراءات النظامية: الرفض المكتبي الفوري، إخطار جهة عمل الباحث أو الجهة الممولة، وإصدار سحب رسمي (Retraction) إذا كان البحث قد نُشر.

1. Commitment to Ethical Publishing
The Journal of Energy Management and Economics (JEME) strictly adheres to the COPE Core Practices. All stakeholders—authors, editors, and reviewers—are held to the highest standards of scientific integrity, academic honesty, and transparency.
2. Prohibited Academic Misconduct
JEME maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding:
- Data Fabrication and Falsification: Devising non-existent datasets, manipulating empirical/operational records, or altering results.
- Plagiarism: Appropriating text, conceptual frameworks, or datasets of others without unambiguous citation and attribution.
- Redundant or Duplicate Submission: Submitting a manuscript concurrently under consideration elsewhere or already published in whole or in substantial part.
- Unjustified Authorship: Gift, guest, or ghost authorship. Every author must meet ICMJE criteria.
3. Investigation Procedures
Allegations of misconduct are handled according to official COPE flowcharts:
- The Editor-in-Chief conducts a preliminary inquiry in strict confidentiality.
- The author is given 14 business days to submit a formal written rebuttal.
- If misconduct is established, actions range from formal rejection and institutional notification to official retraction of published work.
