1. مصادر التمويل المؤسسي
وفق القرار التأسيسي D-03:
- تُموّل مجلة JEME بالكامل من الموازنة التشغيلية المخصصة للبحث العلمي في جامعة البصرة للنفط والغاز — كلية الإدارة الصناعية للنفط والغاز.
- يُعلن هذا المصدر التمويلي بشفافية تامة، وتؤكد المجلة استقلال القرار التحريري التام عن أي اعتبارات مالية.
2. سياسة الإعلانات
- المجلة خالية تماماً من الإعلانات التجارية.
- لا تقبل المجلة نشر أي إعلانات لمنتجات أو شركات أو خدمات قد تثير شبهة تضارب مصالح أو تؤثر على ثقة القراء في المحتوى العلمي.

1. Institutional Financing
Pursuant to Foundation Decision D-03:
- JEME is entirely supported and financed through the institutional operating budget of Basrah University for Oil and Gas — College of Industrial Management for Oil and Gas.
- Funding sources are transparently publicized, ensuring editorial independence from commercial influence.
2. Advertising Policy
- JEME is entirely free of commercial advertisements.
- The journal refuses promotional banners or commercial product advertisements to eliminate any perceived conflict of interest or distortion of editorial autonomy.
