The need for scientific research is growing day by day. This is evident in the increasing reliance of countries on scientific research, recognizing its importance and the need for it to support the knowledge economy and provide better conditions for human survival, security, and well-being. Scientific research is essential for the development and progress of nations because it reveals new facts, solves societal problems, enhances the economy, education, and innovation, helps us understand the world and continuously develop knowledge. It also contributes to the development of modern scientific theories, enhances a country's position on the international stage, and enables researchers to develop their skills and thinking.

The aim of EME is to further publish the scientific objective of knowledge, learning, innovation, and research worldwide.

Authors must prepare the paper using Microsoft Word as following:
- The research must be submitted in Word format using Times New Roman font size 10 for the text and 11 for the main titles, with double spacing between lines.
- The research must not exceed 8,000 words, including references, tables, and appendices.
- Tables and figures must be numbered sequentially and provided with clear titles.
- The IEEE documentation system must be used for references.
- The research must be accompanied by a brief CV of the authors, including their academic data and contact details.
- The journal has its own template, and the researcher must adhere to it when preparing the research.
